  • "I just want to say how much my son (Jr A hockey) has profited from your nutritional coaching. Nii Noi had a goal to lose weight but also train and maintain his energy to show up at main camp in the best shape possible. Over the four months he followed your program it transformed his whole outlook on food, his way of eating and along with training gave him the head start he needed to have a very successful start to the season. He credits your plan in combination with his summer training as why he has been at the top of his game this season."
