Dr. Sarah Schreiner grew up in Toronto, Ontario where she played any and every sport she could fit into her schedule, though eventually settled with focusing on basketball. She attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she completed her Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology). From there she took a quick 7-year detour into the world of commercial insurance, which led to her move out to the west coast. A small life-decision and a few short years later, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Western States in Portland, OR with dual degrees in Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters of Science (Sports Medicine).
Her return to her athletic and healthcare-focused roots has allowed her to focus on the health and well-being of others, while maintaining the team mentality, problem-solving, and biomechanical thought processes that she obtained through years of sport. Her treatment approach is evidence based and individually tailored, and she is a strong believer in connecting with her patients in order to optimize their treatment and rehab. Dr. Sarah is a certified provider of ART (Spine), DNS, and FRC, and has experience with a variety of taping procedures and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Outside of the clinic, Sarah can be found cycling, running, hiking, playing volleyball or basketball, watching any and every sport on TV, or planning her next trip.
